Jillian E. Mack

Jillian E. Mack

Jillian Mack is an award-winning family law attorney and active supporter of the legal profession at both the national and local level. She zealously advocates for clients in a wide variety of matters affecting the family unit, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and pre and post nuptial agreements.

Jillian has been recognized for excellence in the practice of law by numerous independent rating organizations such as The National Advocates and the North Carolina Business Journal. In 2011, the nation’s largest organization for attorneys, the American Bar Association, named Jillian as one of its top ten representatives for her contributions to its members.

Jillian’s approach to the practice of law is simple and effective.

"The best way to produce a positive case outcome is to look at the case from all perspectives, and out-prepare the other side at all phases of negotiation and litigation. It takes preparation and commitment, but with hard work from the attorney and the client, a case is usually in the best position possible for the desired outcome." - Jillian Mack

In her spare time, Jillian paints, runs, and spends time with her family.
